Vascular Surgeon Northwest Ohio
We are seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to help develop and lead a high-quality, community-focused vascular program in Northwest Ohio. This is a unique opportunity to shape program growth, manage a diverse case mix, and enjoy strong clinical support all while making a meaningful impact in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights:
Establish and lead a community-based vascular surgery program.
Provide advanced vascular surgical care, including treatment for:
Perform both open and endovascular procedures.
Manage vascular conditions with medical therapy, lifestyle modification, and non-surgical interventions.
Schedule includes:
Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with cardiology, interventional radiology, and other specialties.
Opportunity to participate in program expansion, including recruitment of additional providers and transition to a hybrid operating room.
Opportunity for program leadership based on experience and interest.
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
Eligible for Ohio medical license
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and program development
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary:
$500,000 for 0 3 years of experience
$550,000 for 4 6 years of experience
$600,000 for 7+ years of experience
Potential annual bonus up to $75,000
One-time signing bonus: $50,000
Relocation stipend up to $15,000
176 hours vacation annually + 120 hours sick time
11 paid holidays
$7,500 annual CME allowance
