Internal Medicine Physician (IM)
An Internal Medicine Physician is needed in Panama City, Florida.

This position is with an established outpatient medical practice committed to delivering exceptional primary care in a collaborative and team-based environment.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range of $195,000 to $210,000 annually (based on experience)

- Up to 5 additional admin days per year for CME activities

- Full support staff
- No nights, no weekends, and no call responsibilities
- Onsite provider role (no remote work)
Responsibilities
- Full-time, Monday Friday schedule
- Target patient volume: 16 patients per day
- Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
- Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
