Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams.
• Conduct interview-based assessments with some physical evaluations including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
• Evaluate traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions.
• No prescribing or treatment required.
• Utilize a Goniometer for assessments.
• Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions required.
• Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
• Must own a personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs).
• Training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).
• Submit Reporting/DBQs within 48 hours upon exam completion, adhering to standardized form requirements.

Additional Requirements:

• Board Certification or eligibility in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R.
• Certification eligibility in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R.
• State License in Oregon.
