The role requires board certification, an active PA license, BLS certification, and at least two years of experience. The physician works a rotating schedule including day shifts and night call coverage, often working independently without mid-level provider support.

Coverage Needs Details: Cover provider on PTO additional dates will be needed in the future
Reason for Need: Provider on Vacation
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Active PA License and Providers Who Need to Obtain a License
Board Status: Board Certified
Required Certifications: BLS
Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 2
SHIFT/SCHEDULE INFORMATION
Mon-Sun 7a-4p Rounding + Consults
Night Call: Mon-Sun 4p-7a
JOB INFORMATION
Typical Day: They will round on IP and do consults, read IP EEG s. Rounding starts approx. 7a-4p (rounding usually completed by 10a) then provider will be offsite. The provider isn't normally called back in, but will receive phone calls with questions, etc., The provider will round on stroke patients 1-2 weekends a month - this will be needed 5/6 & 5/7 - new consults will be covered by tele-stroke
Provider will work solo
No APP/Mid-Level Coverage
