Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable day/night shifts with 48 guaranteed hours per week
• Overtime pay after 48 hours worked
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Can be placed on low census and put on call with 2-hour minimum call back pay
• 2 years nursing experience required, trauma level II experience highly preferred
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License and BLS
• EPIC charting experience required
• Work on Medical and Pediatrics unit (travelers do not take pediatric patients)
• Treat adult patients with respiratory illnesses, stroke, neurological conditions, gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, urinary tract disorders, sepsis, wound care, and infectious diseases
• Patient ratios: 1:4-5 on days, 1:6-7 on nights
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Must work independently, ask questions when needed, and collaborate with team
• Positive attitude and flexibility required for constant changes during shifts
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility location
