Position Highlights
Arc Health is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician to provide comprehensive women s health services at the Chinle Health Center. This is a unique opportunity to work in a rural Tribal community, offering both clinical impact and cultural enrichment.
Clinical Scope
Work alongside experienced specialists and certified nurse midwives to deliver:
Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care
Perform surgical procedures and deliveries
Collaborate with midwives and multidisciplinary teams
Lead patient education and preventive care initiatives
Deliver culturally competent care to a diverse population
Schedule & Facility Details
Emergency Services: 24/7 availability
Outpatient Hours: Mon Fri, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Annual Deliveries: 450
Assignment: 1 2 weeks/month for 12 months
Call: TBD; 15 hrs/weeknight, 24 hrs/weekend
Modern, well-equipped facility with a supportive team
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
Experience in rural or Tribal health preferred
Passion for patient-centered and community-based care
