Production Supervisor - 2 - 3 month Temporary Assignment
$50.00 - $60.00 / Hour

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations department supporting the daily production activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $50 - $60.00 /hour

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

  • Lead the daily operation of a production shift, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Planning, Purchasing, Materials, Engineering, Quality, and Facilities to meet production goals.
  • Supervise and develop production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze production data, compile performance records, and respond to operational requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and process procedures.

What's Needed?

  • Must understand industrial entergy / mechanical assembly on a mechanical assembly production line 
  • 2 + Production Supervision experience leading teams, organizing tasks, or developing people.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and work in varying temperature conditions.
