Palliative Care Physician; full-time, permanent; primarily inpatient at a Level II Trauma Center in Western Oregon (within 90 minutes of Portland); hospital-employed with EPIC EMR. Must have MD/DO and board certification/eligibility in Palliative Medicine or Hospice & Palliative Medicine; valid Oregon medical license (or eligibility); experience in inpatient consults; DEA registration; ability to work in a Level II trauma hospital.
