Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Dalhart, TX
13-Week Contract | Weekly Compensation Up to $2,400 DOE
Connected Health Care, a nationally recognized recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a local travel contract in Dalhart, Texas. Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments or functional limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education
Document patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize care
Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulatory requirements
Education & Certification Requirements:
Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred; strong new grads encouraged to apply
