• Responsible for all team member performance in assigned department.

• Prior experience working in the Las Vegas area would be a big plus.

• At ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $15 million-plus in annualized sales.
• Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to develop the sales skills of the surrounding team.
• Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.
