Nursing Supervisor – 36 hrs (Rotating Shifts + Every Other Weekend)Schedule:
- 3×8-hour shifts + 1×12-hour shift weekly
- Weekends: 7 AM–7 PM
- Weekdays: 3 PM–11 PM or 11 PM–7 AM
- Rotating days/evenings/nights, every other weekend required
Role Overview:
- Oversees hospital operations during assigned shifts
- Acts as clinical resource and patient care representative
- Coordinates with staff, providers, and departments to ensure safe, quality care
Key Skills:
- Must be able to read tele strips, perform and titrate cardiac drips
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Handles emergencies, staff issues, patient/family concerns, and reports serious incidents to Administrator-On-Call
Experience & Requirements:
- 3+ years Med/Surg Tele experience (critical care preferred)
- BSN required
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- BLS certification
- EMR: EPIC
