Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from December 22-January 31 at their Corporate Health center in Chesapeake, VA. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break and rotating Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Current shift needs are December 22, 23, 26, 29, 30, & 31 and January 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 28, 29, & 31.
