Job Title: Locum Physician - Emergency Medicine

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients.
- Manage and treat an average of 80 patients per day.
- Perform various procedures including suturing, incision and drainage, and evaluation of acute conditions.
- Collaborate with a dedicated medical team to ensure complete patient care.
- Utilize the Cerner EHR for patient documentation and management.
- Monitor and provide treatment for critical volume and blood pressure issues.
- Participate in scheduled shifts as assigned, which include varied hours throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with a minimum of 2 years of recent ED experience.
- Active Michigan medical license required at the time of clearance.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
- Must have a clean background for quick credentialing.
- Local candidates are preferred; no exceptions.
- Ability to provide exact availability from designated dates.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active Michigan License (MI) required.
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or acceptable alternatives.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
