• EMR: EPIC
• Trauma Level: IV
• Bed Size: 49-bed facility
• OBGYN (full scope)

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active OR license
  • Not willing to review candidates that need to wait for a new OR license
• DEA and CSR
• BLS
• Local candidates - highly preferred
• COVID vaccine
• Available to cover at least 14 shifts per month
