Seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in Neonatology to join our dedicated team in Syracuse, NY. This opportunity offers a consistent 24 hour workweek, providing a balanced schedule with a mix of day and night rotations. - Provide direct care including history and physical exams, daily rounds, ordering medications and labs, discharge planning, and patient/family education.
- Fulfill roles as expert practitioner, consultant, educator, and liaison.
- Schedule includes a mix of day and night rotations.
- Participate in orientation, continuing education, and maintain expertise in Neonatology.
Requirements:
- Current NYS license
- Neonatology experience
- Graduate of accredited NP or PA program
- Board certification or active pursuit within one year
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $74,880-$98,704
- Additional compensation may include productivity bonuses, quality incentives, and extra shift pay
