RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Travel nursing position on telemetry unit
• Patient ratios of 1:6 general telemetry patients, 1:4 for heart catheterization patients (estimated ratios, not guaranteed)
• Work with 37-bed telemetry unit on 3rd floor
• Night shift staffing includes 8 RNs and 3 Patient Care Techs
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Work with equipment including PCA pumps, IV pumps, and chest tubes
• Use Meditech electronic medical record system
• Perform procedures including central line management and medication drips
• Provide heart catheterization recovery care and bubble studies
• Must demonstrate positive attitude, independence, and strong critical thinking skills
• Position requires engagement and ability to work effectively in fast-paced telemetry environment
