Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Your Role:
- Conduct assessments and provide speech therapy interventions for residents with communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs.
- Create individualized therapy plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to enhance speech and swallowing function.
- Celebrate each milestone with residents as they work toward their goals!
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Oregon state license.
- Passion for helping others improve their quality of life.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- A sense of humor, a big heart, and a love for coastal living!
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
Licenses/Certification:
- Current license in Speech Language Therapy as required by state law.
- Valid CPR certification required.
Experience:
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
