Our job summary

Supervise and coordinate customer service and e-commerce operations at a Whole Foods Market store, ensuring high-quality checkout, pickup, and delivery experiences while monitoring KPIs and enforcing safety and regulatory standards. Manage daily staffing, labor utilization, cash handling, order fulfillment processes, team training, coaching, and cross-department collaboration with internal leaders and 1P/3P partners. Maintain workspace cleanliness and equipment security, identify process improvements, and support company values and initiatives; requires retail experience and ability to perform physical tasks.
