Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN with a TX or compact license for night shifts in a busy hospital unit.
Responsibilities
- Position is in the Labor & Delivery unit on the 2nd floor of a hospital
- Work schedule is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Thirteen-week assignment
- Care for laboring mothers and newborns in an acute setting
- Responsibilities include managing laboring patients, assisting with deliveries, and providing postpartum care
- Must provide US SSN and date of birth for consideration
- Specific documentation required includes application, skills checklist, references, and verification of nursing license and certifications
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
- Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
- Applicants must have no work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
