Our job summary

The Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician will diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders, perform assessments, and document clinical encounters for residents with intellectual disabilities. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with partial remote work, no on-call duties, and a 13-week contract with potential extension. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently within a team environment.

No on call, No Weekends, No holidays
13 Week Contract with Potential to Extend
Contract Type: 1099
Malpractice Insurance up to $1M
Estimated Salary Range: up to $250,000 annually

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Psychiatrist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating psychiatric disorders, and performing psychiatric assessments, providing timely, and accurate charting of clinical encounters using our electronic medical records of the residents with intellectual disabilities.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must have good communication skills, organizing, and able to present information.
Justification of medication use.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
