Our client in Tomah, WI is looking for a LED & Smart glass Maintenance Technician to join their team. Build a next generation Smart Glass product to disrupt the residential window market.

Job Title: CLiC Maintenance Technician
Location: Tomah, WI
Pay Range: $29.50/hour with room for advancement

90-day increase: $1.50(Maintenance Tech Level 1) Must show basic Mx Tech skillset

Possible Premiums:
• $3/hour - Postsecondary degree/diploma in a related field
o (available at hire)
• $2/hour - Maintenance Tech Level 2
o (available after 3yr anniversary + evaluation*)
• $4/hour - Maintenance Tech Level 3
o (available after 5yr anniversary + evaluation*

Schedule: 4x10hr Rotating Shift | (M-R & T-F) | 6:30am-5:00pm


What’s the Job?

  • This position (CLiC Maintenance Technician) will support the Smart Glass manufacturing line performing routine equipment preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and spare parts inventory. This role will be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining a safe work environment
  • Technicians will need strong troubleshooting skills and understand pneumatics, industrial electrical, controls systems and mechanical processes
  • Document activities as appropriate - i.e. logbook, inspection walk throughs, etc.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment
  • Suggest equipment modifications to increase machine efficiency and improve quality.
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement activities
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure plant goals are met
  • Additional Projects as needed by Leadership
What’s Needed?
  • A two-year degree or equivalent experience in a maintenance related field
  • Technicians will need strong troubleshooting skills and understand pneumatics, industrial electrical, controls systems and mechanical processes
  • Perform routine and specialized maintenance on highly automated, state-of-the-art glass production equipment. Equipment includes:
  • Fanuc Robots
  • Vacuum Chambers
  • Laser systems
  • Glass Laminators
  • Dispense systems
  • Cleanrooms
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Pre employment background check and drug screen
