Case Mix
- Yes: General Surgery, Endoscopy, OB (spinals/epidurals), basic Ortho, basic Vascular, Bariatrics, UroGyn, Regional, Spinal/Epidural anesthesia
- No: Open Hearts, Neurosurgery (head/spine), Thoracic, complex Vascular/Ortho
- Population: Primarily adult (minimal peds)
Requirements
- Certification:CRNA (board certified)
- Life Support:ACLS, BLS, ABLS (PALS not required)
- Licensure:GA or IMLC (no licensing reimbursement)
- Privileges: Hospital/surgery-center privileges not required for this coverage; temporary privileges available
- Credentialing:14 days with a complete file
