Our client, a dynamic organization in the logistics and customer support industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the team responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate timeliness and reliability, maintain a positive attitude and patience, and possess strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative I
Location: Hilo, HI
Pay Range: $21.58
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
What's the Job?
- Assist customers by answering inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and accurately
- Handle transportation and routing questions related to deliveries
- Process will call orders and provide invoice copies to customers
- Monitor orders before cut-off times to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain regular communication with Account Executives and customers to ensure satisfaction
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Basic computer skills; experience with AS400 is a plus
