- Collaboration between pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to cover newborn nursery and provide family-centered care
- Team of 4 Neonatologists covering Level III NICU and Newborn Nursery
- Schedule: 24/7 in-house coverage and day rounding
- Opportunities to participate in CQI and clinical research projects
- Access to a large network of NICUs for best practice sharing
- Open to board-certified/eligible Neonatologists, including new graduates
- Not accepting Locums candidates
