Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Emergency Department night shift position requiring a TX or compact RN license and CPI certification.
Responsibilities
- Work in a busy hospital Emergency Room setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Provide direct nursing care to emergency patients of various acuity levels
- Must provide proof of US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
- All certifications must be valid and not expire within the first 30 days of assignment
- First time travelers may be considered
Requirements
- Active TX or compact state RN license
- At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA or ARC
- CPI certification required; SAMA, MAB, or comparable aggression management certifications accepted in lieu of CPI
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
