This full-time Hospice/Palliative Medicine Physician role involves providing compassionate end-of-life care via telehealth to patients across Portland, OR, and southwest Washington. Responsibilities include interdisciplinary team meetings, consultations, and telehealth visits, with on-call duties 4-6 nights and 1 weekend monthly. The position requires active medical licenses and DEA registrations for both Oregon and Washington, preferably held by candidates with Family or Internal Medicine backgrounds and hospice experience.

Job Details:
• Full-time telehealth position working Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) with lunch breaks as schedule allows
• On-call responsibilities include 4-6 nights per month plus approximately 1 weekend per month (shared call between Portland and Medford)
• Responsibilities include IDT meetings, consultations, medical consults, telehealth visits, and CTIs
• Must have ACTIVE WA License or IMLC AND WA DEA for treating patients in southwest WA area
• Must also have active OR License and OR DEA
• Preferred specialties: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with ample hospice experience
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
