- Call coverage Monday-Sunday, 5-7 days of call per month
- 16 patients per shift with rounding on assigned patients
- General urology, laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy
- Prostatectomy, robotic surgery, TRUS biopsies, ESWL procedures
- 30 minute call response time with beeper coverage
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
