Occupational Therapist Role $2,100 to $2,200 per week
We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the rehab team at a skilled nursing facility. This is a supportive environment with a strong focus on clinical quality, teamwork, and resident-centered care. The right clinician values functional progress, communication, and being part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat residents with diverse diagnoses including ortho, neuro, and post-acute rehab needs
- Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans to support independence and daily function
- Document services accurately and on time in accordance with facility and state requirements
- Partner with PT, SLP, nursing, and social services to support resident progress and discharge planning
- Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and carryover strategies
Requirements:- Active state license as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain)
- SNF experience preferred, but not required—strong clinical reasoning and willingness to learn are key
- Clear and respectful communication skills
- Reliable and consistent follow-through with care and documentation
