In this position, you will perform comprehensive assessments, including direct patient interviews and physical examinations, to support veterans' health evaluations. Required Skills:
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in your state
- Proven experience in general medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, or orthopedic surgery
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams
- Background in veteran healthcare evaluations
- Familiarity with physical assessment techniques such as range of motion testing
- Prior experience working in a government or military healthcare setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in a primary care or general medicine setting
- Prior experience performing medical assessments and exams
Other Requirements:
- Own office setup within a 50-mile radius of designated locations in NH
- Ability to perform assessments on a PRN basis, flexible with days and hours
- Successful completion of required training and certifications
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation for local travel
- Willingness to perform both half-day and full-day assignments, including administrative follow-up work
Earn competitive pay at $402.00/hour, with flexible scheduling of days and PRN shifts starting 31/12/2025. Benefits include weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick leave, and a supportive team dedicated to your success. Additional reimbursements are available for licensure, certification, travel, and other qualifying expenses.
