Patient Population: General Neurology, including ALS patients
Setting: Outpatient clinic with inpatient rounding at Samaritan Hospital
Responsibilities:

• Provide general neurological care

• Perform EMG/NCS and EEG procedures

• Outpatient neurology clinic with shared rotational call coverage

• Inpatient rounding and consultation at Samaritan Hospital

• Collaborate with an established team of 3 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners
  Required Procedures: EMG/NCS and EEG
  EMR System: TBD
  Support Staff: Full practice support with advanced practitioners
  Days Per Month: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
  On-Call/Weekends: Shared call rotation among providers

• Board Certified in Neurology REQUIRED

• New York medical license (or willingness to obtain) REQUIRED

• Ability to perform EMG/NCS and EEG REQUIRED

• Interest in general neurology care REQUIRED

• No local candidates within 30 miles of institution REQUIRED

• Salary Range: $295,000 - $315,000 (plus bonuses and incentives)
