Seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join our practice in Champaign, Illinois.
Details:
- 100% outpatient position using EMR with both in person and virtual visit options
- Full-time position in a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model
- Call is phone only with assistance of Patient Advisory Nurse and spread among a physician group of >10
- Join a team of 3 physicians, 3 APPs and excellent support staff
- Team-based care model for patient care
- In addition to Adult Medicine, specialty services provided at our clinic include Dermatology, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Radiology, Pediatrics, Genetics, and Allergy
- Teaching opportunities available
- Opportunity for additional hours in Urgent Care is optional
- Opportunity for research affiliation with College of Medicine with support staff to help with research and publications if desired
Compensation/Benefits:- The compensation range for this position is $327,000 - $365,000
