- Inpatient/Outpatient
- Join a well-established private practice consisting of:
- 9 Physicians - 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)- Primary focus in Sports Medicine or Joint Surgery
- Experience in Total Hip and Knee procedures required
- Inpatient coverage only at Poinciana Hospital
- Current clinic consists of one location with plans for growth
Candidate Requirements- Board certified or board eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- Strong community focus with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
Location Info- Located southwest of Kissimmee and northeast of Winter Haven, Poinciana is the largest unincorporated master-planned community in the U.S and is one of the fastest growth areas for Central Florida over the past decade. The area is conveniently located approximately twenty miles south of Walt Disney World and 40 miles south of downtown Orlando. Many lakes surround the area, one of which being Lake Tohopekaliga. Lake Toho, as the locals call it, is known for its bass fishing, birdwatching, and wild life. Tampa and the Gulf coast is located approximately one hour to the west of Poinciana and 80 miles to the east is Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast.
