Practice Setting- Be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including Family Medicine, Nurse Practitioners, Adult & Pediatric Psychiatry, Speech Therapy, and Counseling.
- Work in a state-of-the-art clinic with plans for future expansion (coming December 2026).
- Enjoy dedicated nursing support with one nurse per provider.
- Benefit from a centralized call center for scheduling and a new text system to reduce no-shows (currently 10%-15%).

Compensation and Benefits- Competitive salary with a $250,000 guarantee plus production, offering the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually.
- Generous sign-on and relocation bonuses.
- Additional incentives include $1,000 per month for precepting VCOM medical students and loan repayment opportunities through state and federal programs.
