- Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
- Block Scheduling: Not allowed
- On-Call: Required
- 1 shift per week
- 2 weekend 12-hour shifts per month (discussed at interview)
- Hours: 36 hours
? HARD STOP REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Minimum 2 years of direct transplant OR RN experience
- MUST have hands-on experience implanting organs
(Not procurement only — DO NOT SUBMIT without implant experience) - Strong Liver, Heart, Lung & Kidney transplant experience
- Proficient in MISONIX / CUSA
- ACLS & BLS required at time of submission
- NIHSS required prior to start
- Willing to work in a teaching facility and assist with training
? Clinical Overview
- General OR with high-volume transplant service
- Liver call included (will perform other cases when no transplant cases)
- General surgery, transplant, and complex surgical cases
- Charting system: EPIC
- Patient population: Adults & Geriatrics
- OR suites: 18 rooms
- Average daily census: 55–60
