Requirements as a Family / Internal Medicine Physician:

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine

• Eligible for or holding an unrestricted State Medical License in New Jersey

• Certified in BLS or ACLS

• DEA registered (or eligible)
