The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and trainees, develop and maintain individualized behavior treatment plans, and work closely with children with special needs and their families. The role requires administering various clinical assessments and creating customized treatment plans based on professional judgment without a fixed curriculum. Candidates must hold a Master's degree, BCBA certification, and experience with autism interventions, working in a collaborative, client-focused private practice environment.

Job Description
- Certified and licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and Trainees

- Have the freedom to develop treatment plans as you use your own professional judgment; no set curriculum, program requirements, nor clinical supervisor to tell you what you have to do.
- Applicant will be responsible for assessing, then developing, and maintaining Individual Behavior Treatment Plans
- Applicant will complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies, and other duties within the scope of practice of a BCBA following the BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics.
- Applicant should have a strong clinical background in administering verbal behavior assessments, conducting language, play, and skill-based assessments (i.e. ABLLS), and implementing, and/or training others using individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula.
- Applicant will provide assistance to children with special needs and their families to help them reach individual and family goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology
- COBA Certification
- Certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Experience providing services to individuals with Autism.
- Clear background check
- BLS or CPR certification
