Practice Details:

• Join a well-established and highly successful Primary Care group

• Location: La Feria, Texas (Rio Grande Valley)

• Outpatient only " Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM"5:00 PM

• No weekends, no inpatient responsibilities

• Manage a smaller patient panel for high-quality, relationship-based care

• Excellent work-life balance

• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (eClinicalWorks)

• Provide chronic disease detection and management

• Develop care strategies to reduce hospitalizations and ER visits

• Collaborate with Case Managers and Specialty Providers

• Educate patients on compliance and preventative care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $230,000"$290,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician

• Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
