• First-Year Income Guarantee:$400,000 Guaranteed Salary for the first 12 months, ensuring financial stability and a smooth transition.
• Base Salary (Year 2+): Highly competitive structure starting at $425,000+ (negotiable based on experience and FTE).
• Production Incentive: A generous Work RVU (wRVU) bonus structure is active from Day 1, allowing for immediate earning potential beyond the guaranteed base.
• Partnership Track: A clear and formal path to partnership/shareholder status is available for interested full-time candidates after a successful initial period.
• Sign-On Bonus:$25,000 - $50,000 provided.

Candidate Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
