Acute care hospital with 11 main ORs + 2 ASC ORs. Contract: short-term locum shifts on listed dates (Mar 13–14; Apr 1–4; Apr 7–10). EMR: Cerner/SaAnesthesia. - BC/BE in Anesthesiology - Active AZ medical license (IMLC accepted) - ACLS and PALS certifications - Comfortable with high-volume general, ortho, trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo cases - Able to credential within ~30 days
