Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Unknown
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-10-hour day shifts starting at 7:30 AM
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 15

Clinical Details:

• Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including consultations, admissions, and follow-up care; conduct hospital rounding as needed; collaborate with the in-practice Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for consults, follow-ups, orders, and patient management; coordinate care with multidisciplinary cancer team; provide coverage when the PRN Medical Oncologist is not on-site
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: APP support; PRN Medical Oncologist on-site one week per month
• Medical Oncologist to assist in launching our new Medical Oncology practice.
• A minimum of three weeks of availability. Since this is a new practice, they are looking for more consistency of care

Requirements:

• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• DEA Required: Yes
• State Licensure: Illinois
• Minimum Experience: 1 year
• Certifications Required: ACLS
• CSR License Required: Yes
