Locum Physician - OB/GYN Opportunity in Ontario, OR

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care.
- Manage 24-hour pager call coverage with very low volume and rare callbacks.
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) for patient documentation.
- Work independently without supervising other providers.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in OB/GYN (Required)
- Active Oregon medical license (Required)
- DEA and CSR certifications (Required)
- BLS certification (Required)
- Local candidates are highly preferred.
- Must meet a permanent rate cap of $25k (Required)
- Proof of COVID vaccination is required to work at this facility (Required)
- Must be willing to carry a pager with a rate cap of $2640 for on-call duties (Required)
License and Certification Requirements:
- MD diploma
- Internship/residency/fellowship certificates
- All medical licenses
- DEA registration
- Board certification
- Life support certification - BLS
