American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with recent neuro/stroke experience, ARRT(R) with advanced certification, and BLS to join an interventional radiology team.
Responsibilities- Work in an interventional radiology unit providing advanced procedures
- Day shifts, 4x10 hour schedule, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Use of Siemens equipment and PACS systems
- Required to float to other hospital departments within skill set if census is low
- Rotating call schedule includes one weekday per week and one weekend every six weeks
- Holiday rotation is required
- Orientation provided bi-weekly
- Travelers cannot request time off during major holiday periods and should address any holiday RTO onsite using the provided form
- Holiday RTO requests must be made directly with the manager after arrival
- Active BLS (AHA) certification required
- Current ARRT(R) with advanced certification in VI, CV, or CI required
- Recent experience in interventional radiology with neuro/stroke cases required
- Proficiency in use of PACS, contrast administration, and performing biopsies
- License required if applicable
