The Respiratory Unit at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD) is a specialized department dedicated to providing exceptional respiratory care to pediatric patients. Located in Norfolk, Virginia, CHKD’s Respiratory Unit is equipped with advanced technology and staffed by a team of highly trained respiratory therapists, nurses, and physicians who are experts in pediatric respiratory care. This unit caters to a wide range of respiratory conditions, from chronic lung diseases to acute respiratory emergencies.
