Delphi Healthcare is actively recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician for a permanent position with Lewis County Health System in Lowville, New York. This is a wonderful opportunity to step into a well-established practice, support a retiring physician s patient panel, and play a key role in building a new pediatric office all while enjoying the balance of inpatient and newborn care.

Position Highlights:

• Base Salary: $340,000 (Full-time permanent outpatient & inpatient call practice)

• Start Bonus: $25,000 (paid in first paycheck)

• RVU Productivity Bonus: Paid quarterly, >50% MGMA

• Call Coverage: Average 10 days/month (shared with 3 providers)

• Level 1 Newborn Nursery:

• Inpatient Pediatric Admissions:

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics

• Current PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications
