LPN Long Term Care

LPN role providing daily nursing care at Good Samaritan Health Center; full-time shifts on-site in long-term care; ongoing/permanent position based in a residential care facility. - Active LPN license required - Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred - CPR/BLS certification - Ability to perform ADLs, medication administration, and documentation - Compassionate, detail-oriented and team-focused
