Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a 100% outpatient practice setting
• Participate in phone call coverage rotation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Valid state medical license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
