TRC Talent is seeking a full time Production Control Process Control Assistant Manager for a global automotive manufacturer located in Savannah, GA. This is a cutting-edge EV manufacturer. Position is fully onsite, requires a bachelor's degree and prior management/supervisory experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Develop and modify production plans.
• Implement plans through monitoring and controlling the production process.
• Leads analysis of demand developments, forecasting and planning of production.
• Leads the control of progress, and the initiation of action when necessary
• Develop daily or weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met
• Establish mid- & long-term production plan reflecting production capacity and constraints.
• Inform relevant departments of production plan changes and update documents accordingly.
• Prepare status/performance reports and resolve production issues.
• Regularly communicate with other production departments for information sharing.
• Meet all other requirements as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
• Bachelor’s degree required (Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering major preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred
• Years of experience from Automotive industry strongly preferred
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
• Domestic / International travel
