Salary: $78,000 - $95,000 / Yearly, commensurate with experience

Qualifications:

Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in the state of Kentucky
Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems
