Cardiology Nurse Practitioner in Island City, Oregon

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Island City, Oregon.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cardiac assessments, examinations, and diagnostic tests on patients.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the cardiology team.
• Prescribe medications and treatments for cardiac conditions.
• Provide patient education on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor and manage cardiac patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Requirements:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Oregon (or willing to obstain)
• Certification as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (CNP).
