Maxim has a Full-time opportunity as a Primary care physician in the suburbs near Chicago, Il.
This is for an ASAP start - the credentialing process can be expedited, so about a 2-3-week turn-around can be expected!
Monday to Friday
Main duties: Office-based procedures, chronic care, and med management
Locums contract with extension options, also potential to transition to perm
Compensation is negotiable: The average hourly primary care rates are around $105-115/hr
1099 and 100% Mal-Practice Coverage
